About shipment


  • Shipping documents

The product will be shipped from Japan (Osaka/Tokyo).
It takes about 3 business days to ship the product after receipt a payment. (In the case of inventory goods)
We will send a shipping documents to you by E-mail.

Damaged Product /Defective product

Please check immediately after the product arrives to see if there is any damage during transportation. If you find any damage to the shipment, please contact us.
If the product is defective, please inform us with the date of purchase and details of the defect.
